The International Symposium on “Models, Theories, and Algorithms of Mathematical Image Processing”was held in Nanjing from April 13 to 15. The event was co-hosted by the School of Science of NJUPT and the Jiangsu Mathematical Society. Nearly 100 experts and scholars from the Mainland, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and South Korea attended this symposium.

At the seminar, 20 well-known experts at home and abroad made wonderful academic lectures. Those lectures fully reflected the topic of Models, Theories, and Algorithms of Mathematical Image Processing and delivered the significant research progress in the academic frontier and cross-cuttingfields.
